Do not take this lightly. Every parent must know.

Published by under Uncategorized

We may think that the world is safe. We may think that bad things only happen to bad people. I know that it’s hard to think that even the kindest of neighbor could be someone that threatens your family. We have plenty of kids in the family. We must protect them.

Child Molesters are everywhere and if you don’t know that yet, it’s time to wake up and smell the coffee. You must know where your child is, every minute of every day. It seems unfair for us to trust no one but sometimes it is the case. It could be your next door neighbor, your child’s teacher, a relative or anyone. It could even be someone you go to church with.

Find out and make note of Child Molesters in your neighborhood. They are required by law to be registered. The more you know – the safer your child will be. Go to: http://www.registeredchildmolesterlist.org for more information.

You can never be too careful.

Thinking of Christmas presents already?

Published by under Affiliate Posts

Walt Disney had a vision but he probably never thought that the Disney name would go beyond his wildest dreams. It’s very simple. A mouse and a dream. Now, the Disney brand is associated to one of the finest, most enduring brand. My sister started collecting Disney snow Globes several years ago and I couldn’t help but appreciate her collection. These are the characters I grew up with. It brings back memories to the very core and I couldn’t even imagine my childhood without those memories.

That is why when I heard that the Bradford Exchange is putting out their Bradford Edition Disney ornaments, I immediately thought of my sister. She has kids of her own now and the characters I grew up with and the Snow Globes that adorns their home today would be more memorable for the kids if I give them the ornaments they could remember me by this Christmas. Tree trimming is one of my favorite activity while I was growing up. I want my sister to have that chance to build memories with her children most specially during the holiday season.

The one icing on the cake here is that anything “Disney” by any company specializing in collectibles, usually increase in value over time. Not only will these ornaments build lasting memory for my nephews and nieces, they will provide to be an heirloom for the future as well. I love Disney.

Why no one should drink and drive.

Published by under Family Reunions

Hello Family! Many of us sometimes forget this responsibility and most of the time, we need a reminder in order for us to listen. Our parents should really be the source of information that will provide us the guidance we need specially when it comes to responsibility. It starts from the home. So please don’t forget to talk to your children about the consequences of drinking and driving. Here’s one email chain I received that I thought I would share with the clan. I particularly hate chain letters and will not forward one even though I know it’s for a good cause. I chose to share it here instead.

Flexible, short-term employment with generous pay.

Published by under Family Reunions

We’ve had our share of the corporate world. It’s not what it’s cracked up to be. We all know that. Sometimes it takes years to advance in position..and that only means one thing as well – it takes years to advance in pay. Have you ever thought about taking an interim management position? It is not a trend. It’s the future.

Corporate America invests in good people. They try to create an environment where each member of the team is a team player, hard-working and hopefully willing to stay with the company for the long haul. Well, it’s not always the case. People leave because of several reasons. Pay is one of them and challenge is another. Hiring the right people for corporations is a challenge as well. Did they pick the right individual? If not, what should they do?

With interim management, these concerns can be put to rest by the employee and the employer. If you’re running a business, you would want to know that the investment you’re putting into the people you hire will result with the best ROI you could possibly have. You can hire a manager with certain fee structures, either to help you get through a project or hire them permanently – you can gauge what you have before you make that decision.

On the other hand, if you are an employee and thinking of a career in this field, you may want to look into it.

Chances are – you might think it’s the best thing to do in today’s job market.

Kuya Rommel’s Fishing Trip in Lubang

Published by under Travel,Travels

Here are some great shots from Kuya Rommel’s fishing trip to Lubang. It’s amazing to know that we do have fish these sizes in Philippine waters. It just tells us that our country is rich in resources and therefore should be taken care of and protected by the government.

I was actually surprised when I saw the pictures so I am sharing these with all of you…
