Useful Police Gear ready to come out soon!

Published by sanglahi under Affiliate Posts

I’m sure Oliver would love this. I know he wants to be a cop but I’m not sure if he’s into it because of the cool gears that cops get to use. I just read about the Surefire Saint head lamp which I believe would be a hit. It not only provides great visibility for anything that you need to do at night, it’s lightweight and comfortable too.

You can get one as a pre-order now because it really hasn’t been released yet. The design and concept was completed and the prototype is displayed from their website at LAPoliceGear.com. Go ahead, check it out! I think it’s pretty cool!

If there’s no reunion this summer, let’s just think of Christmas

Published by sanglahi under Affiliate Posts

I know it’s just the middle of August but I’m sure these thoughts are already dancing in your heads. Where and how can I get 2008 black friday deals? Uhuh?! I know you people! I remember members of our family who shop all year round for Christmas presents. They go out for deals and I guess it’s much better that way if you are not a procrastinator like me. But Black Friday deals are the best. Guess what? You don’t have to fall in line at 5:00 a.m. on Black Friday to get those unusual deals. How do you do that? Get it online!

Yes dear family! You can now get the same Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals online located in one site for you. I usually shop at Best Buy and this year, I’m vying for the Canon Digital Rebel SLR with Zoom. If you buy this on a regular shopping day, you will not even get close to the Black Friday price. You can go to this site, and get alerted on Black Friday deals that have just been posted online. It’s that simple. You can view the current Best Buy Deals now, way before the Black Friday rush. You can prepare yourself way ahead of time without the dreaded 5:00 am line-up. Just visit BlackFriday.biz and get yourself setup today.

Summer is almost gone… no reunion peeps?

Published by sanglahi under Family Reunions

This summer has gone past us in the blink of an eye? I don’t know if it’s just me but I didn’t even feel summer at all.
First, I was in Germany for a month – then, when I came back – I went on vacation to Montreal for about five days and to
the beach one weekend. That’s it. Now looking back, it’s already the middle of August. When are we going to get together?
I have asked this question here many times but I haven’t really received a definite answer. Nobody wants a reunion
anymore? I’ll even host it. All you gotta do is show up. Anyone going to take this bait?

Online business venture.

Published by sanglahi under Affiliate Posts

I am thinking of putting up an online business that could provide extra income for families back home in the Philippines. I am trying to gather ideas to what types of business we could put up online that would generate income for our families back home. I have already done my research on most of the requirements which includes setting up an online store, accepting credit card processing over the web providing merchant services and arranging shipping from anywhere in the world should we decide to sell products rather than services. I remember Tommy Lavarias having export quality capiz factory with his wife Joy. I am currently unsure if that business still exists to this day. That’s one idea. Any others?

We have a lot of resources in the Philippines or the U.S. that we could use to either sell online or through a brick-and-mortar store in Manila. I remember a friend of Ate Josie who comes and visits the US every year, goes to Flea Markets all summer long and ships all the goods back to the Philippines to be sold. That’s a great idea as well if someone is willing to scour Flea Markets and Yard Sales for products or clothing. But, I don’t believe anyone here has the time to do that.

How about selling “errand services” for people who are based in the U.S. who needs things taken care of in the Philippines? We can offer that service too. As long as we can truthfully provide a service, we could apply for a merchant account and accept credit cards as payment and off we go. There are bountiful opportunities awaiting everyone online. It’s not rocket science as one would think. I know of people making $200.00 per month blogging. If you’re in the Philippines, you can blog and earn nine thousand pesos simply from blogging. So there definitely are legitimate online opportunities one can take to earn a living without having to leave the Philippines. Anyone game for this?

Our prayers goes out to those who are going through rough times..

Published by sanglahi under Inspiration

As a family, we all need to be aware of what everyone is going through so that we can offer our prayers to God collectively for faster healing, or better employment, and so forth.

Last week we heard that PeeJay (Annie’s firstborn) was hospitalized due to complaints of stomach pains.  It turns out from the diagnosis that he has an enlarge heart and exposed to liver problems as well.

We also heard that Annie injured herself while building “balikbayan boxes” for our families back home.

Jeremy (Divina’s youngest)  accidentally fractured his arm as well while on a trip to a Museum.

These are things that we need to lift up in prayers to God.  So, if you would like to share news that would benefit from our prayers, please let us know.  Remember, “When two or three are gathered in His name, there is He in their midst.”

If ever you find yourself strapped for cash…try Payday Loans

Published by sanglahi under Affiliate Posts

A Payday Loan is a type of loan usually used to bridge the gap between paydays if you are in a position where cash is needed immediately. It is sometimes inevitable to be caught in a bind due to an emergency or whatever reason it may be. That is where Payday Loans can come in. They can loan you the money until you can have the funds (usually the next paycheck) to pay it off.

I guess some of the companies offering this service commonly require you to fax you documentation to them in order to obtain an approval for the loan. Worry no more. Paydayloansmania.com knows that it is not common for every household to have a fax machine and it can be an inconvenience if it is a requirement in order to obtain approval. That is why they have developed a No Fax Payday Loans initiative where you can simply fill out an online form and get your approval in minutes. If you ever find yourself in an emergency and strapped for cash, check them out and see how fast they could provide you with a loan. It wouldn’t hurt. :D

What’s your excuse for not getting Lasik surgery?

Published by sanglahi under Affiliate Posts

When I thought of getting Lasik back in 2006, I never thought I would be as glad that I did it at the time that I did. My neighbor who was just getting into skiing at that time told me that she had gotten Lasik because of the constraints of wearing eyeglasses adds to the sport that she is beginning to love. She decided to get Lasik done and was bragging about how she received a 12/15 vision after the surgery and experienced no pain at all in the process. She was skiing without eyeglasses three days after the procedure. My main concern then was how the surgery will go and how painful it will be afterwards. My neighbor said she experienced no pain, and was able to see clearly the very next day. I was a bit apprehensive but I went for it anyway. Knowing that my doctor had performed thousands of surgery gave me the confidence that I will be in great hands.

I have a friend on the West Coast that is contemplating getting Lasik in San Francisco. She is asking me whether my experience was okay and how I managed to pay for it. I told her that I got a no money down, fixed equal monthly payments for one year without interest deal that made it happen. The benefits of not wearing any eyeglasses when going to the beach, or watching movies are simple but great leaps in what I was limited in doing with eyeglasses before. Now I can just go without having to worry about it.

The Paris Hilton Ad… for President.

Published by sanglahi under Humor

I’m really not into discussing politics with anyone. For one, I know very little and two, I don’t really care much for debate. I have my own views and I’m sure somehow, somewhere – I will meet someone who disagrees with me. So, usually I just joke about it.

Did you guys hear about the Paris Hilton for President ad?

Hilarious – -
